Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 to 24 hours. Withdrawals to digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet are typically faster than bank transfers. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer due to a one-time KYC verification process.

The minimum withdrawal limit at PK7 is RM 30 per transaction. The maximum limit depends on your account status — regular members have a lower daily limit compared to VIP members. To increase your withdrawal limit, join the pk7 VIP programme and level up your membership through gaming activity.

A withdrawal may be delayed for several reasons: bonus wagering requirement not yet met, incomplete or mismatched bank account details, pending KYC verification, or suspicious activity detected.
